OrderStorm has slowly been building a set of how-to video tutorials on how to use the many features of the eCommerce system administration to make it easier for customers to learn the software and manage their store. The videos for Part 4: Features Sets and Part 5: Shipping Methods are now available on our YouTube channel, and our videos page.
Part 1 through 3 covered, installation, initial store setup and drop shipping setup. We also have an extra one setting up PayPal Express which seems needlessly complicated but, its PayPal. New videos in the works include adding products manually, importing products from a spreadsheet, managing categories and managing orders.
We have lots of ways for customers to get help with setup and store management. There’s the online User Manual, the Support Forum, and now we also have live chat.
Have pre-sales questions when you are looking at the price chart options or the feature list? Chat with us! We successfully helped a customer in Niger (Western Africa) yesterday get his store configured using live chat. It was way better than regular email. The customer did not have to wait for us to get to his email – he got help right when he needed it and his project was not delayed by a wait. Of course, you can still send your questions by email but we have high hopes for creating great customer satisfaction and improving sales using the live chat feature.
